I find it amusing that the state that Obama decides to sue, the state he turns in to the United Nations for human rights violations, refuses to seal the border, calls racist, will be the state that brings down his presidency. This man has not released on file on anything, written two books that are turning out to be pure fiction, and by the way he didn’t do the writing. I only hope the other 9 states on record to do the same do so.

9. The only two people in Government required by the Constitution of the United States of America, to show proof of Natural born citizen status are the President and Vice President. Congressmen are not required to be natural born citizens.

13. The Ultimate question is did Palosi, Biden and Reid certify Obama using his fake short form from Hawaii claiming he was a U.S. citizen. The Law requires them to give certification to the states but from all evidence they may have committed treason? We know all the above signed a certification form but then switched it for a form that had the certification removed and then sent to the States as required by law? This was a deliberate act? Clearly to keep them from a future indictment for Treason? What about Obama social security number? Experts say it was issued to a man from Connecticut who died long ago but was never made inactive as required by law? Obama then mysteriously ends up with this mans social security number? Why is it the media won’t ask the experts or check on this themselves, would Obama retaliate?

Based on the description in paragraph one, my birth certificate, which I used to get a passport and enlist in the Armed Forces, issued with state seal from the State of Wisconsin, would not qualify. It does not list the hospital nor the names of the physician or witnesses. It only shows, “the name of the subject at birth, date of birth, place of birth, parents’ names, file date, and certificate number.” So our Arizona legislators don’t want anyone from Wisconsin to run ever, it seems.

    I list these, not to address the conspiracy theorists above, who will continue to find odd “coincidences” to dismiss the evidence, but to remind others, like me, who are surprised this stale excuse for a controversy is not only alive but backed by some of our legislators. The legislators should be pressed for why they are wasting state time to address an issue with such overwhelming evidence against it.

Why did the letter from the DNC certifying Obama and Biden as their candidates omit the words “eligible under the provisions of the US Constitution” as was the case in all previous election years? No wonder many people all over the US suspect the proper credentials, required from all citizens to get a US Passport, do not exist.
