So, we had the hint of this a while ago here and I do love me some garlic!
Wild Garlic Grill is slated to open on Dec. 7, located at 2530 N. First Ave. Chef Steven Schultz’s concept seems to be one of “California Wine Country Cuisine,” with an open kitchen, patio seating and, well, garlic. Hours of operation are said to be 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. with later hours Friday and Saturday. I can’t wait to see a menu.

Is this where the two and a half brothers drive in place was? Some context is always helpful in the ever-changing Tucson Food Scene,
SonoranWinds, it is where 2 and a half brothers (did that ever open?) was located. Seems like a bad place for a restaurant. Especially for “california wine country cuisine”.
Tucson is a bad place for a restaurant.
Ever since Sanchez vacated, the place is jinxed
Another noisy trendy open kitchen. No thanks! I can’t wait for this fad to fade.
I am always excited for a Schultz venture, however short lived it may be.
He must be hiring from out of town.
ABSOLUTE MUST TRY. Don’t be put off by exterior, what always counts is the food, and its very, very good.
