Heard gunshots while I was outside the tucson mall… You serious?

No details yet, but word is that gunshots were heard in the Tucson Mall parking lot tonight. It appears initially that no one was hurt.
The stretch of Oracle from Grant up to the mall hasn’t been terribly safe over the last few months, including a murder in the parking of the Eegee’s a few blocks south in September. More details if and when we get them.

Hey let’s allow more nuts and gang members out on our streets. Of course we know that banning or controlling guns won’t stop these idiots from getting them, nor will it curtail crime.

Arizona ranked second in crime and second in the most liberal gun laws in the USA. Criminals, thug, NRA and Republicans continue the path to make AZ the worst state for gun crime. Yet, day after day we read and hear about all the gun crimes. Gee, I guess we still don’t have enough guns in the state. They do this by saying more armed people less crimes, when will that actually happen, more guns more crimes so far. The radicals have ruled this state with Gov. Jan Brewer the leader. The leader who was lost for words about he 20 killed murdered a week ago. She didn’t know what to say or how to respond to the reporter’s question, indicating she was unsure what to say, except she supports more guns.
This is a failed Governor, who has put AZ at the bottom of the nation for education, worst state for jobs and bringing more corporation/businesses into AZ. She and her Republicans buddies think this works, but I get being ranked at the top for crime and the bottom for education, guess they don’t get it. The only way to change AZ is to elect candidate that truly want to help this state and our educational systems. We cannot wait much longer.

Oops Mr Fleming, you forgot in your rant to mention the illegals in our city that carry out those crimes. And trust me all us “ignorant Republicans” do “get it”. We have our guns and by darn were going to keep them. Let’s see, who was it that thought giving the mexican cartel AK47’s would lead to stopping the drug trafficing? Well what do you know, it was our President’s staff, which makes it our President, who did that. The only way to change the USA is to elect a candidate that truly wants to help this state and every other state in the Union. Your right, we can’t wait much longer but I’m afraid the 47% that elected Obama to another term has insured that waiting won’t help, at least for the next 4 years. So go ahead and blame the Republicans, Bush, whomever isn’t in your “class” if it eases your concious. Meanwhile, while the country is ready to fall off the cliff our President must spend millions of dollars of taxpayers money and go on a 10 day holiday in Hawaii. You can’t see anything wrong with that picture?
Now look: national, (no silly girly wimpy exceptions) 24/7 mandatory carry, is the only way to solve this…

Hey Sam take a look at Washington DC and Chicago. Taking away or not allowing responsible gun owners to have guns to protect themselves isn’t doing any good there. They both have really high crime rates involving guns. Instead of taking the guns away from responsible law abiding gun owners try to figure out how to keep them out of the hands of nut jobs and criminals.
A better idea. train every head of house hold to own and us a gun, make it manditory, and let some of the kulling of the heard begin. Also, I think we need machine gun nests and guard towers on the corners and roofs of each and every school in the nation.
Seriously, how about, we stop the baby momas from continueing to rear morally bankrupt and family valueless children who place more guidence on 45cent, ky, and the Kardumians, than the real partents and family examples of our society. Just saying an observation.
Dear AZ53%: Operation Wide Receiver was a precursor to Fast & Furious. Guess which Administration started this program of letting guns across the border? George W. Bush’s? Bingo! Now, I realize that conservatives are allergic to facts, but that’s a fact.

Don’t you get it? Everything – all of the violence happening – is all part of a bigger agenda to take away our right to defend ourselves. Do you really think that banning guns is going to stop the “bad guys” from getting them? If you do, you are a complete idiot and you’re playing right into their hands. That’s exactly what they want you to think so they can have complete control. Do you REALLY want to COMPLETELY depend on the cops and the government (yeah, right) to protect you? With all of the GOOD guys unarmed, there won’t even be enough cops to go around when we DO need them! The bad guys are ALWAYS going to be able to get whatever they want – no matter what it is – whenever they want. That’s the fact. So, taking away the rights of the good guys to have those same things – particularly when sames those things can be used to PROTECT us – is absolutely ridiculous and make no sense at all. Guns don’t magically turn good guys into bad guys and the good guys deserve a fighting chance. Wake the F up!

Usually the arguments liberals use are “appeals to emotion”, rather than to reason, anyway. Sophistries. Lies. Thing is, after decades of being “educated” by “our” (??) public schools and universities in this “progressive” way of thinking, liberals often actually BELIEVE what they say to be true. And are quick to condemn anyone who DARES disagree with them as under-educated, racist or bigoted. All while preaching “tolerance” to others. Would be funny if it were not so sad. And tragic.
The thing is everybody who owns guns it is not the criminals or so said bad guys doing the mass killing of innocent people. It is people like that own guns legally doing the mass killing. How do we stop that? You all cry let us keep our guns trust us we are the sane ones and only need them for protection. So why are they using them against the innocent? We can not trust the sanity of legal gun owners as much as you do not trust the criminals. No rapid fire weapons, no need for that! All gun owners need to take a psychological test to determine their mental state of mind. No sales of guns unless through a legal registered gun dealer , back ground checks a must . Yes you say they do this already but they do not. Many people sell guns at gun shows or from one private individual to another no back ground check .

The TPD is slow to respond to anything and they concentrate on arresting people for stupid things instead of finding and arresting the violent criminals! The TPD is a joke!

I am glad the shooter wasn’t Hispanic otherwise the whole illegal immigration crap would be back in the news. Let’s send Joe Arpaio Sheriffs in to schools to start profiling skinny weird looking whites kids for a change. Strange that all of the crazy shooters have been white.
When you read the hate in these rants you understand why people kill people. People live isolated lives void of meaningful connections with other people. We are all meant to have some sane connections and when we lose that we lose our sanity. Insanity leads people to choose violence over any sane or rational alternatives.Its a sad commentary about humanity but appears to be getting worse before its getting better.
We cannot live without hope! When hope is gone, we plunge into potential violence.
