We’ve been hearing good things about a local food truck called Planet of the Crepes. There are reports of fillings ranging from smoked duck to Nutella, with many sweet and savory stops in between.

Planet of the Crepes will be parked up on Mount Lemmon every Thursday through Sunday through the end of October, according to its Facebook page.

Oh, and the place is open today (Labor Day), according to its Twitter account:

Okay everyone. It’s labor day and I’ll be laboring at the top of Mount Lemmon. C’mon up and enjoy the weather. With a crepe of course.

Anyone tried these crepes yet? We’re dying to know more!

  2. I eat there every time I go up to Summerhaven. The bacon and egg crepe is AWESOME. The crepes are made by a super cute redhead who is always smiling and very friendly. I would probably go there just to say “hi” to her but the fact that the crepes are so good just makes it all the better. Great food at a great price. Definitely worth the trip.

  3. We were on Mt. Lemmon in August and had the absolute good fortune to visit Planet of the Crepes. This beats out sit down restaurant eating any day. The fresh air and the wonderful crepes create the perfect ambience. It was truly a feel good experience. We’re not Arizona residents so we can’t get back as quickly as we’d like to, but it is at the top of our list to stop back the next time we are in Arizona. Hopefully, soon.
