In an effort to find permanent housing for approximately 200 pets this weekend, Pima Animal Care Center is offering free adoptions this weekend. According to the Pima Animal Care Center website, adoption fees can be anywhere from $30 to $100, so saving your new pet this weekend could save you some money too.

The event is being put on by the county after they received a $4,000 grant from PetSmart. Adoptable dogs and cats come vaccinates, spayed/neutered, and microchipped. You can view some of the pets that are up for adoption by visiting the PACC website.

Otherwise, you can head to the following locations at the following times to find your furry new friend. We won’t even judge you if you decide to get a cat.

PACC Shelter at 4000 N. Silverbell Road
Friday, Jan. 2: 12 p.m. – 7 p.m.
Saturday, Jan, 3 and Sunday, Jan. 4: 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.

PetSmart at 4374 N. Oracle Road
Saturday, Jan, 3 and Sunday, Jan. 4: 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.

A standard $15 pet licensing applies to all adult dogs as per the county.
