They still have work on a few issues regarding adoptions and such, but this is good news:

Mexico’s Supreme Court ruled Tuesday that all 31 states must recognize same-sex marriages performed in the capital, though its decision does not force those states to begin marrying gay couples in their territory.

In a 9-2 decision, the tribunal cited an article of the constitution requiring states to recognize legal contracts drawn up elsewhere.

  1. Good news? That is relative. I for one, would love to see mexican businesses create jobs for their citizens, you know so they wont feel the need to leave their families and homeland in search of a living wage. Too bad mexico is so corrupt.

  2. Maybe you would feel better about the corruption if we called it Libertarianism instead of Socialism? Most of the new jobs created in Mexico are unfettered by Gov’t regulations.
