Unfortunate news from Exo Roast on Sixth Avenue, which announced on Facebook that the shop will be closed today and temporarily until further notice:

To Our Dear Patrons. We are currently closed for the rest of the day until further notice as we examine and attempt to repair our water filtration system. We apologize for any inconvenience and wish you a pleasant weekend.

  1. In other news, my blender quit working, and I was forced to cancel all smoothies until further notice. Onto the next ‘hot’ news story.

  2. Honestly this IS important news to persons looking for a Coffee House in the weekends JAVA deprived Rio Nuevo. Thank you for keeping the information, sparkroot and aLa Cart it is. Shot in the Dark is also closed on Sunday 4am till Monday 6am.

  4. Not surprised about Rio. My first meal there was three (3) shrimp on a bed of pasta which was admittedly tasty but outrageously priced. Needless to say that was also my last meal there.
