The leftists oppose trickle down because there are so few damaged individuals to represent (pimp for). Everybody else gets a job , pays taxes and drives the country’s economic engine.
Instead they kill jobs and then waste our money retraining people to do jobs that won’t last. It enslaves both sides of the population, the workers and the takers.
When anybody says “fair share” around a tax discussion, it won’t matter who they target, you are paying it. When will you learn?
They don’t really punish donors they just make you believe they do.
When I was young, the very rich and mega-corps paid more than 5 times what they do today in federal taxes. Yet somehow we had more jobs and they paid better back then, a single earner could raise a family, buy a house. Also strange, the rich were still rich then, but we had money to build the highway system, hospitals, schools and so much more.
So yeah, trickle down was a great failure, and the jobs of yesteryear are not the jobs of today and the future. If you want to live in the 13th or 18th century, I have bad news for you. They’re not coming back.
Republicunts talk about Trickle-Down as though it’s something that actually exists. They are the left over Monarchists who should have been deported after the Revolution. They bow and scrape in front of the extremely rich and powerful as though they are a part of that group through osmosis. Delusional to the end, they are the antithesis of everything relating to Democracy. The election of 2020 exposed them for the Traitors they are from the top to the bottom. Democracy is a thorn in their side and they have worked tenaciously for 50 years to get rid of it. Their goal is so close, and they have MILLIONS of FASCISTS waiting in the wings to implement orders from incarceration to extermination. Finally they can get revenge for having their ass handed to them after the Civil War.
