The all too common lies told by officers in their reports are finally being revealed. This is a bell that can’t be unrung. “To serve and protect” should be more than a decal stuck on the side of a car.
Charles,How many times have you had to dial 911, because there was a direct threat to your life, or the life of one of your loved ones ? If you’ve never been in this type of life threatening situation, it’s relatively easy to condemn all the men, and women in blue, and you may categorize yourself in the class of the privileged. However, I’ve had to dial 911 several times in the duration of my lifetime. 100 % of the time the Calvary showed up to help, even though, not always on time. You see, I live in a neighborhood where drugs, and gangs thrive, so I’ve had first hand experience in this matter. As a none privileged, citizen, i’m glad to have them patrolling my neighborhood at night, it’s a welcome site to see them drive their cruiser down my block, because I know that my families is safe while they make their presence known. Charles, my community, and other communities such as mine, depend on them for our security. If you feel you don’t need them in your area of town, maybe the privileged residents in your neighborhood can have them deported to my side of town, where they will be appreciated .
