3 million votes ! If Hilary would have won the electoral vote, and lost the popular vote, we wouldn’t be having this discussion . We can’t change the rules of the game at the buzzard, because our favorite team lost, that would be considered unethical , do you agree ? However, leave it to the Democrats, to come up with the solution, and make a push to abolish ‘the electoral college’ for the time being, until the time comes that the shoe is on the other foot.
DaveD, are you talking about George W Bush losing the popular vote or trump? No republican wins the popular anymore, it’s not a ‘one off’ that is getting a knee jerk reaction. Many have been pressing for this for decades.

Kenneth Groves, let’s not forget all the 2000 media speculation (especially on Fox) of what a travesty it would be if Al Gore had won the electoral college and lost the popular vote. Of course all that talk immediately vanished after the Supreme Court delivered their “one off” decision for Bush.

I really did think Daney was someone political or something of that nature that never crossed my radar. I figured out later that you probably meant Danehy. Now that you’ve confirmed it was a typo it makes perfect sense.
