- Downed power lines ain’t nothing to play with, Tucson
Those downed power lines are on Ironwood Hills Road — not sure of the exact cross streets quite yet, but stay clear of the area.
In fact, be careful in general right now — already I’m seeing downed branches and the trees are wobbling something fierce.
Drive safely, Tucson.

Also, be careful when crossing Arizona’s “rivers with no water”…
That can change very quickly during the Monsoon!
We appreciate the linemen electricians who risk their lives and their safety to repair these hazards, often while energized, to keep the power on for our comfort and convenience. In this town they are heroes who are rarely celebrated. Thank you.
