You can now add Hollywood to the list of places that hate Arizona. In a trailer for the new Grindhouse spinoff, Machete, actor Danny Trejo presents the Mexican-revenge-movie trailer as “a special Cinco De Mayo message … for Arizona!”

If things keep going the way they are, “Arizona politician” will replace “corporate suit” as the go-to movie bad guy.

(Trailer is NSFW for language, ‘splosions and montages.)

  1. I could be wrong about this, Red Star, but I sense the flick is mocking stereotypes, along with several other targets…

  2. Well, Jim Nintzel, as Henry Louis Mencken put it, “He never made the mistake of overestimating the intelligence of the American mob.”

  3. The tongue-in-cheekness of it works well…until they bring Lindsay Lohan on board. Why, oh why do people keep putting her before our eyes?

  4. We just came to work. I take care of babies and a love them.I need to work for my family and i pay my taxes. i am not in walefare and i work as hard as i can. I still belive “all people is good” as Ana Frank said .So, please don’t blame us for this economy. Think about what happend to Germany long time ago , they blame the Judes for their economy. I work to be better every day. I make myself a good effort to get an Associate Degree in Earlychildhood so I came to contribute to EEUU. So please before you make any judgement take the time to know about our culture.
