ATMS

There are 9 ATM’s conveniently located throughout the Pima County Fairgrounds, in these general areas: At the Main entrance, inside the fair grounds Outside of Pima, Old Pueblo and Thurber Halls Near the white building across from the carousel Cross Roads near the administration building/power from the past/the Plaza Near the Budweiser Beer Garden at the Main Stage On the carnival midway near the East and South ends of the midway

First Aid

A first aid area is located in Pima Hall at the East end the building. There are two sets of doors accessible to first aid; At the East end of the building, across from the Kid Land Carnival and at the main doors to Pima Hall, across from Central Park. Look for the international Red Cross logo on the building and the doorways. The Pima County Fair is staffed with certified EMT’s and paramedics during all operating hours.

Fun Pass

The Pima County Fair and RCS Carnival operate a ticketless system called, The “FunPass”. The FunPass is a swipe card that works similar to a debit card or a pre-paid phone card. The customer purchases a FunPass at the carnival ticket box. A unique account is instantly set up with the amount of purchase. The FunPass holder presents the card to a ride operator, the card is scanned and the appropriate number of “tickets” will be deducted from the account. When the card is empty it can no longer be used until it is reloaded at a carnival ticketbox. The best thing about the FunPass is that it can be replaced when lost, as long as you have your receipt!!!! Visit the carnival guest services for more assistance.

Lost Children

Children that appear to be or claim to be lost will be taken to the Pima County Fair Guest Services Office, located near the Main Gate. Children will be supervised and taken good care of until the parents can be located and/or notified. To report a lost child, parents can visit the Pima County Fair Guest Services Office, located near the main entrance, the Security Office, located in the same building as Guest Services, the Fair Administration Office located across from the Tiger Show OR ask anyone with a golf cart or radio for assistance!

Restrooms and Handwashing Stations

Restroom facilities are located outside Pima Hall, Thurber Hall, Pueblo Hall, on the Northwest side of the Barn, and at the far South end of the Carnival. Porta-Potties are placed throughout the fairgrounds. Freestanding hand washing and hand sanitizing stations are located near the animal exhibits, restrooms and eating areas. Reminder to Teachers, Chaperones, Parents and Adults Please enjoy the Fair and help prevent the spread of disease. Remember to wash your hands and remind children to wash their hands after visiting any animal exhibit, after using the restroom and before any food consumption.

Security

The Pima County Sheriff Department is the primary security force for the Pima County Fair. In addition, private security is scheduled for concerts and other special activities during the Pima County Fair. The Security Office serves as a headquarters for the deputies as well as a processing and detainment area. Lost children as well as personal lost and found items can be reported or claimed at the Fair Guest Services Office, located near the Main Gate. Guest Services can be a helpful liason to the Security Office To report a lost child, parents can visit either the Pima County Fair Administration Office, Guest Services Office or the Security Office, located in the same building as guest services, OR ask anyone on a golf cart and/or with a radio for help!
