I'm too excited to write words about it, so you'll have to read what Esquire wrote:

Get away, get away from your pessimistic notion that Arrested Development is dead. Producer Brian Grazer says there's more Bluth family drama on the horizon.

Sitting down with Bill Simmons on the B.S. Report podcast, Grazer let it slip that at least one more season of the show is currently in development. "I love Arrested Development, but it was never a huge thing," Grazer explained. "But people are loyal to it. We're going to do another 17 episodes, so stay tuned for Arrested Development." What doesn't come up is Netflix's involvement—will the theoretical fifth season land on the network that revived it for a fourth or will Michael Bluth and Co. flock to a new home?

In 2013, Hurwitz told KCRW that season 4 "was always designed to be the first act of this movie three act structure – or trilogy, when I was trying to make it as a movie trilogy. Without question, I love these characters and I love these people and it would be just a privilege to do more of them or to make a movie, but we're not there yet." Last year, Hurwitz signed a deal with Netflix to create a new series. Sounds like the continued collaboration kept the door open for more Arrested.
