LD9 Update: Eight-Vote Spread Now Separates Orr and Friese in House Race

What's that they say about every vote counting? Republican state Rep. Ethan Orr now leads Democratic challenger Randy Friese by a scant eight votes: Orr is 27,774; Friese is 27,766.

Meanwhile, in the TUSD race, Michael Hicks is now leading Jen Darland by 991 votes.
