Antigone v. Horne: Update and the Legal Filing For Your Eyes

In this week's story on the ACLU challenge of the state's "nude photo law," we mentioned that the state Attorney General's office first told us they didn't know about the case and after we gave them some brief additional information they finally got back to —oh yeah, that one. Well, since it's in litigation, no comment.

But we did promise a copy of the ACLU's legal filing so your own beautiful eyes can have a good read.
