Sunbones & Friends at Plush Tonight

Posted By on Fri, Apr 4, 2014 at 4:35 PM

Here some local music 101 for you. Local indie up-and-coming band Sunbones was featured in a short documentary that gives a good retrospect and a good perspective of how they seem themselves. Charley Brown and Rusty Boulet-Stephenson interviewed the band members and recorded their Jan. 24 performance at Cartel Lab downtown. We have been known to have our love hate relationship with the band, (see Live review here) and we are still not impressed with "The guy playing the tambourine" and his Limp Bizkit-style dance moves.

You can check Sunbones, Former Friends of Young Americans, Glass Affection, Jacob Acosta and the Troubadours tonight at Plush, 640 E. Sith St. $5 admission. Doors open at 9 p.m. Click here to RSVP on the Facebook event page.
