Free Drinks and Rides at The Uber Launch Party

The Uber launch party is going on tonight from 5:30-8 p.m. at the Playground Bar & Lounge, 278 E Congress St. One of the organizers sent us an email saying there will be free drinks and rides. Get more information and RSVP here.

Uber started in 2009 in 35 cities and it's making its way to Tucson. It's always nice to hear a new method of transportation and job opportunities become available. Dan put it best at last night's Red Baarat party, "if you support cool shit, more cool shit will come."
