Heritage Foundation Scorecard is No Big Surprise
Not that it will surprise you, but just in case you missed the Heritage Foundation's legislative scorecard, we've got it for you below.

As for Arizona, the rankings are practically academic: The Phoenix-metro area's Trent Franks isperfect, Rep. Ron Barber is bad, according to the Heritage folks:
