CD2 Update: Barber Leads McSally by 289 Votes

An update to last night's post on the see-sawing race between Congressman Ron Barber and Republican challenger Martha McSally: The Arizona Secretary of State is reporting that Barber, as of Sunday morning, leads McSally by 289 votes.
