Congressman Raul Grijalva just wrapped up speaking at the Democratic Party's celebration at the Marriott.

Grijalva, who is leading his GOP opponent Gabby Mercer by more than 18 points, said he as he approached the stage that he was "feeling really good about tonight. We had a tough race last time, but I feel good. My new district is going to be a really good district and we feel good."

He gave a fiery oration to the crowd.

"We worked really hard to establish the fact that you cannot win in this district with anti-immigration rhetoric, right-wing craziness," Grijalva said. "The people in the district I represent are looking for solutions."
