This just in:
Beyond Bread’s team of Shelby Collier, Matt Boling and Mike Schehl placed second in the Saturday night sandwich competition at the World Food Championships in Las Vegas.
Beyond Bread placed in the top ten with the Everything Reuben, which is made on a fresh baked pretzel roll with corned beef, Swiss cheese, vinegar slaw and house made Russian dressing.
Our second round winner was a spontaneous creation consisting of honey smoked ham and Swiss cheese smeared with a sweet onion, apple and Dijon jam, on a country rye bread in a Monte Cristo style.
Beyond Bread features the Everything Reuben on Saturdays at all three of our locations.
