On Arizona Public Media's Arizona Week last night, host Michael Chihak had an in-depth look at the pros and cons of Prop 204, which would extend the one-cent sales tax, with 80 percent of the funding going to education, 10 percent going to roads and 10 percent going to social services, with an eye toward capturing federal matching funds for programs that help foster children, health care for kids and similar efforts.
