Looks like the old Café Terra Cotta building at 3500 E. Sunrise Drive is getting a new tenant.
A liquor license application for the joint has been filed with the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control under the name Five Palms Steak and Seafood.

Thomas Robert Aguilera is a local attorney who handles a number of matters for local restaurant folks. He filed the paperwork, but his involvement means little as far as what the restaurant will offer.
