There's a New R. Kelly Video

Posted By on Thu, Apr 19, 2012 at 11:00 AM

There's a really great moment around the 2:59 mark of this video where R. Kelly is dancing, seemingly basking in the bliss of his own bad-ass self, with a thousand lights illuminating him from behind, and I realized...this guy is seemingly totally unaware of everything everyone thinks about him. The jokes about the R. Kelly cruise. The Chappelle show sketch. The accusations. None of that exists in Kellsland, and that's either amazing or terrifying.

Anyhow, it's a pretty good upbeat love song, and the video has a bunch of scantily clad women and a Remy Martin product placement. I suppose what you'd expect, but it's a pretty good song, if you miss the work of Teddy Pendergrass.
