Fresh Veggies For Sale!

Posted By on Fri, Nov 4, 2011 at 1:00 PM

Leza Carter of Tucson's Village Farm says she spent this morning picking eggplant, okra, basil, lettuce and other veggies for a farmers' market she's holding at the project's harvest festival this Saturday. You can read more about the festival in this week's Noshing Around.

If you were going to head out grocery shopping anyway, it might be a nice place to stop in for a few things on your list. Have a good weekend!
