New Food Trucks Hitting Tucson Streets
I mentioned last week that I'd be back with more on what's going on in the local food truck scene, so I'm back.
I'll be working up a few Food Truck Diaries pieces in the coming weeks, but some of the new trucks that have been popping up are too good to wait that long for. So, for the time being here's a beautiful food truck that specializes in desserts and here's another new one that makes Cuban food. There are others, but I'm not at liberty to discuss them just yet.
I also got an e-mail recently from a guy that works for the Pima County Health Department. He's one of the people who inspects food trucks, which means he's about as well-connected as they come when it comes to mobile food, and he wants to help get a food truck festival going.
