When Eclectic Pizza at 7065 E. Tanque Verde Road first opened in 2005, owners Renee and Steve Kreager made a commitment to use as many healthy and organic ingredients as possible.
They kept at it, adding more and more free-range and organic items as the years ticked by, and have now taken it to the level where they’ve renamed the restaurant Renee’s Organic Oven.
The menu and restaurant may look a little different — both have been redesigned in recent months — but the food is essentially the same, Renee Kreager said today.
She also said the restaurant will continue to offer many gluten-free options, which have become quite popular since they were first introduced several years ago.
