The Gathering of the Juggalos Video is Here!

Posted By on Mon, Jun 6, 2011 at 11:54 AM

The highlight of the summer music festival season is clearly the Gathering of the Juggalos, featuring the Insane Clown Posse and whatever ideas roll out of their heads while high. The second highlight of the summer festival season is the announcement of the lineup for the Gathering, and this year, the 27 minute long (!!!) video doesn't disappoint, as Vanilla Ice joins the Psychopathic news team of Sugar Slam and some other guy to discuss the scheduled events while wearing alien outfits. Seriously.

If you don't have nearly a half hour to spare, here's some of the lineup's highlights:

Insane Clown Posse ("The world's most hated band")
Twiztid
Blaze Ya Dead Homie
ABK
Boondox
The Dayton Family
Dark Lotus
Psychopathic Rydas (releasing an album at the Gathering "appropriately titled" Eat Shit and Die)
twenty other musical acts, including CKY, DJ Quik, E40, and George Clinton
Midway games run by "real ass carnies"
Helicopter rides piloted by "presumably drunk pilots"
Ladies oil wrestling
Inflatable "moon bounces"
Comedians, including Jimmy "JJ" Walker
Old school wrestlers, including the Iron Sheik, Rowdy Roddy Piper, and Mick Foley
The 2011 Miss Juggalette pageant
and so much more.

However, as the video says: the real highlight of the Gathering is "the unexplainable magic in the air." It should be noted that the lowlight of the months after the Gathering are the various forms of hepatitis contracted, but that's the give and take of life, right?
