UPDATED: Maroon 5 to [Not] Play Phoenix This September, In Case You Were Wondering
[UPDATE: Despite the fact that this date appeared on the band's website for most of the day, according to Maroon 5's publicist, the show never actually existed: "There is no date in AZ I was given the wrong info for our release and it was a mistake," says the band's publicist, Carleen Donovan of Press Here Publicity."]
I was more of a Kara's Flowers fan than the current incarnation of Maroon 5, but I still wanted to give anyone who is a fan of Adam Levine advance notice that the band will be performing in Phoenix at the horribly named Ashley Furniture HomeStore Pavilion (a.k.a. the giant shed at the edge of town) on September 17 with Train.
Not sure why that seems particularly blogworthy, but at least the information is out there.
