Marshall Home Is Actually Running for Mayor, Apparently

Marshall Home's actual mayoral candidacy has been the topic of some discussion here at the Weekly. Is he actually eligible, since he was registered to vote outside the city limits until immediately prior to his candidacy? Is he really a "multi-billionaire"? Is it worth going down to the various courthouses to read the stacks of filings under his name?

Regardless of all that, apparently he's enough of a candidate for Arizona Public Media's sake, although he doesn't do his candidacy many favors during his appearance, along with the other announced candidates:
