Walk the Loop for Lupus
The 10th annual Walk the Loop for Lupus takes place on Saturday, April 2, at Reid Park (Broadway Boulevard and Alvernon Way). Check-in and day-of registration begins at 7:15 a.m. at Ramada No. 31, just west of Hi Corbett Field. The walk begins at 8:30 a.m.
Registration is $25 in advance, or $30 day-of-event and includes a free T-shirt. Festivities include a raffle, gifts, prizes, refreshments and an inflatable jumping castle for kids.
Register online at www.lupus-az.org, or pick up a pamphlet at the Lupus Foundation (4602 E. Grant Road) or any El Charro Cafe location. All donations support the fight against Lupus in the Southern Arizona community. Call 622-9006 for information.
