Jennifer Allen on State's 14th Amendment Babble

If you missed Jennifer Allen, executive director of Border Action Network, taking on the birthright-citizenship bills in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee on Monday, you can watch Allen below explain the latest version of Arizona Legislature-crazy below.

HB 2561 and SB 1309, if they pass, could define children as citizens if at least one of their parents is either a US Citizen or a legal permanent resident.

HB 2562 and SB 1308 asks Congress to allow Arizona and others states to come up with their own system to issue separate birth certificates for children who are citizens and those who are not citizens.
