Welcome to the Land of Measured Expectations

So far, not much happening down at the Democratic Party party, where the press seemingly outnumbers the number of actual attendees. No one seems that unhappy yet even as the giant TV screens displayed the Senate race called for McCain by MSNBC. Lots of signs and senior citizens wearing many buttons chowing down on the cookies, but not much as far as action goes. Maybe they're just pacing themselves for the grind to come.
