Steve K on 400

Posted By on Tue, Nov 2, 2010 at 11:41 PM

Tucson City Councilman Steve Kozachik stopped by the Republican fiesta and took a moment with The Range to comment on Prop 400.

Kozachik, the lone Republican on the City Council (not counting Mayor Bob Walkup), says the no vote "says, 'We don't trust you with our money.'"

"We just had the Rio Nuevo audit. The mayor says there was no fiscal mismanagement," but the audit shows there was, the Koz says. Letcher says "to look forward, but the taxpayers want to know what happened with over $2 million."
