Council Richard Fimbres on City Sales Tax: "We Gave It a Shot"
Tucson City Councilman Richard Fimbres says he was disappointed to see Prop 400 going down to defeat.
"We gave it a shot," said Fimbres, who must now join with his council colleagues to bridge a $50 million deficit. "We're going to have to make some tough decisions."
