A Note to Tucson Newspapers Customer Service

Hi. Just wanted to let you know that when I sprinted outside to get my newspaper this morning, in the midst of the downpour, I discovered that the newspaper was already in the process of composting, as it was not wrapped in a plastic bag. I've been calling your customer service number for almost 90 minutes now, and it's been continuously busy. I take this to mean either you're having phone problems, or I'm not the only one with a soggy newspaper problem.

Please credit my account; I'll just read the paper at the office (unless those papers, too, are drenched). And for future reference, here's a link to a weather page, so you can make sure this does not happen again. Thank you, and God bless.

UPDATE: The papers here at the office were unprotected and therefore soaked, too. SOMEONE goofed majorly in the circulation office at TNI, me thinks.
