McCain has always been quick to offer simplistic solutions. He is usually on the wrong side and clueless to the complexity of issues. And in his increasingly strident and senile pronouncements, I’m reminded of Barry Goldwater’s last days. But at least Goldwater did some good during his early years. I can’t say the same for McCain.
McCain hasn’t done squat for anybody but himself. This man if that’s what you want to call him, is nothing but a carpetbagger and needs to keep his mouth shut.

Him and Ronald Reagan? Him and (either) George Bush? He would probably even palled around with terrorists like Henry Kissinger and Richard Nixon since he was doing their dirty work in Viet Nam…
After 10 yrs there, I sadly had to leave Tucson in ’84 due to business. What I have never been able to understand is why you folks keep electing Sen. McCain?
In the next couple of years Arizona will be “Fundamentally Transformed” thanks to McCain & Obama. I’ve seen news reports that many of my old camping grounds are “Enter At Your Own Risk” now. McCain’s failure to protect his own state’s southern border says volumes. I wish you all only the best of luck!
