Then Pima County Supervisor Ray Carroll talked about the EPA’s concerns about the proposed Rosemont Mine; the shooting of a mountain lion at Colossal Cave Mountain Park; his support for an increase in the gas tax to boost road repair in the state; and allegation that fellow Supervisor Ally Miller has made about corruption and extortion within the county’s Development Services Department.

Ray Carroll suggests fellow County Supervisor Ally Miller doesn’t have a very good batting average. If you vote with the Democrats and Chuck Huckleberry all the time like he does I guess that would give him a good batting average in his paradigm.
