A new restaurant named Elliott’s on Congress is going in at the former home of A Steak in the Neighborhood at 135 E. Congress St. The sign on the door says it will be a restaurant and vodka bar and that it is expected to open in March of this year.
No word on if this is another venture by Luke Cusack, who owned A Steak in the Neighborhood. My other high-tech reporting techniques – peering through the thick blue curtains shielding the windows – proved fruitless, so we’ll have to wait to see how this all pans out.

Shame there is a food truck round up on the first Friday of lent in a predominately catholic city.
And sure I CAN eat vegetarian, its not something I would go out of my way for. Now, pork belly bahn Mi? Yes I would, but not on Lenten Fridays.
