READERS' PICK: What a great idea, providing good, used
sports equipment for sale. That way when a guy buys the tennis
stuff, gets out and plays for a while and realizes this could
takes weeks to learn correctly, he's only out about half
as much money as if he'd paid retail. Then there's always the
option of taking the stuff back to a different Play It Again
Sports location (for pride's sake only, it has to be a different
store) to recoup some of the "investment." We just wonder
what the record is for the number of times Play It Again Sports
has sold the same pair of skis.
