that it's allowed bureaucracies to make their red tape easy to
cut through online. The University of Arizona and Pima Community
College have both risen to the occasion impressively. Forget about
endless phone calls to robotic voices locked into endless loops
of "Did you forget to press the pound key?" Students
can now peruse program descriptions, inquire about class availability,
register for classes, organize a schedule, and check grades with
just a few clicks of a mouse. If only these resources had been
available when we were in college, we might have actually graduated
