READERS' POLL RUNNER-UP: Rafael Moreno y Descarga have probably taught half the salsa-dancing denizens in the Old Pueblo how to move their feet. Their weekly salsa dance lessons have side-stepped around town for the past couple of years, from the now-defunct Fourth Avenue Social Club to a brief stint at Pappy's Lounge. We've lost track of the instructional aspect of their live performances, but we know we can always count on them for a Latin beat we can groove to standing up or sitting down.
