MAD SCIENCE SHOW. Bookman's Used Books. 1930 E. Grant Road. 325-0241. The wacky guys from Mad Science perform an educational, exciting and fun show for the whole family July 19 from 11 a.m. to noon. It's free for kids and their parents.
NEW KIVA MOTIONS PUPPET THEATRE. Red Barn Theatre. 948 N. Main Ave. 887-5144. Performances of Summer Stories run every Sunday at 1:30 p.m. through July. Tickets are $3 per person, $5 for two children and $2 for people with AHCCCS card or low-income bus pass. Kids can get up close and personal with the puppets after each show and the audience gets a chance to make a simple puppet to take home. The theater is wheelchair accessible.
