The Department of Economic Security hosts a free job fair to assist area residents in search of employment May 19 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. There are professional and entry-level jobs available. STRAW BALE PROJECTS. A straw bale garden-wall project with fifth graders takes place May 7-18 at the Tolson School. In addition, a straw bale home wall raising is scheduled for May 19 at 8 a.m. Builder John Ruiz conducts the event. Lunch is provided.
