INTERNATIONAL MARIACHI CONFERENCE. TCC Music Hall and Arena. A mariachi showcase featuring students from the week's workshops takes place April 26 at 7 p.m. Tickets cost $8.75. The Mariachi Espectacular concert, which features the most popular names in mariachi music, is April 27 at 7:30 p.m. Tickets range from $21 to $76 and are available at the TCC box office or by calling 791-4838. Finally, the Fiesta de Garibaldi, a traditional re-creation of Garibaldi Plaza in Mexico City, features food, game booths, mariachis and folklorico dancers.
