CULINARY ARTS PROGRAM. PCC Desert Vista campus' new Culinary Arts Certificate program begins this August and runs 32 weeks. The program is taught by culinary professionals from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Mondays through Fridays. Students learn everything they need to know about cooking, baking and dining room service to begin a career in the culinary arts.
