DISC GOLF. Santa Cruz River Park Disc Golf Course. The Tucson Chain Lightning Disc Golf Club holds informal tournaments every Sunday at 3 p.m. Players of all levels, including novices, are welcome. Loaner discs are available at tournaments. Call Dave at 791-3845 for more information.
INLINE SK8 CLUB. Reid Park. Southwest corner of Broadway Boulevard and Alvernon Way. The Tucson Inline Sk8 Club meets every Sunday for a recreational skate. All ages and abilities welcome. In addition, join in organized activities throughout the year such as the Valentine scavenger hunt on skates. A free half-hour skating lesson is offered every third Sunday. SONORAN DESERT MOUNTAIN BICYCLISTS. Join an intermediate, 15-mile ride that includes the Ironwoods National Monument April 7. Meet at La Salsa on the southeast corner of Oracle and Ina roads at 7:30 a.m. or at the Marana Regional Airport at 8 a.m. Low-clearance vehicles are not recommended.
