THE COLOR OF FEAR. United Way Community Services building. 310 N. Commerce Park Loop. This four-hour workshop provides a forum for participants to discover conscious and unconscious ways that racism affects their lives and includes a viewing of the film The Color of Fear. CULINARY ARTS PROGRAM. PCC Desert Vista campus' new Culinary Arts Certificate program begins this August and runs 32 weeks. The program is taught by culinary professionals from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Mondays through Fridays. Students learn everything they need to know about cooking, baking and dining room service to begin a career in the culinary arts.
