BALLET ARTS FOUNDATION. PCC Center for the Arts Proscenium Theatre. 2202 W. Anklam Road. 903-1445. Ballet Arts Foundation presents Ballet Tucson in Dance and Dessert IV, a fun, eclectic repertoire combined with gourmet dessert tastings February 23 at 7:30 p.m. and February 24 at 2 and 7:30 p.m. Tickets cost $15 and includes a gourmet dessert and beverage.

DAVID DORFMAN DANCE. Centennial Hall. University of Arizona. 621-3341. Sponsored by UApresents, David Dorfman Dance explores power and intimacy February 24 at 8 p.m. Dorfman focuses on the nature of control and authority in society in No Roles Barred and examines intimacy and honesty in To Lie Tenderly. Tickets range in price from $16 to $28. A free "Arts Encounter" takes place 45 minutes prior to the performance in Room 102 of the Center for English as a Second Language at 1100 E. N. Campus Drive. Following the performance, Dorfman appears at a "Meet the Artist" session in Centennial Hall to answer questions from the audience.

SWING AND LINDY DANCE. Armory Park Senior Citizen Center. 220 S. Fifth Ave. 293-3783. Dance to live music by the Kings of Pleasure February 24 from 8 to 11 p.m. Admission is $5 and includes dancing, lessons and refreshments. Dance lessons begin at 7 p.m.

ZUZI. Zuzi! Little Theater. 738 N. Fifth Ave. (in the YWCA). The Zuzi! Move It Dance Company presents The Women's Initiative for Youth and Elders, a multicultural, intergenerational dance project that seeks to guide women through critical passages in their lives. Classes are from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. and continue through the spring. Applications are now being accepted; no dance experience is necessary. For more information call 629-0237.
